He is the only reason we will continue to use this staples for our church and personal needs. He always makes the customers feel heard and welcomed. The only reason I couldn’t put 5 stars is because there is a young lady (white female) who works the print station that is always rude when we go in. She never seems to want to help customers. She is very short with her responses and often disrespectful. When we walk into the store and she’s there, we turn around and go to another print store; because of how rude she speaks to customers. Ultimately besides that, this staples is great!
