- JSJoanne StanleyFeb 8, 20261.0Have had same mail box for over 50 years. Some websites you order from, you have to put your physical address along with your box number. SO, now, if the packages come thru with your PHYSICAL address on them AND your box number, they WILL send them back to sender. We have ALWAYS for YEARS ordered like this. What if it's medicine we have to have???!!! This is NOT right!!

- DLDaniel LoveApr 19, 20191.0Always getting tracking for my packages screwed up, constantly says ready for pickup and when I get there there is nothing in my bbox.The staff act dumbfounded when asked about it. Shipping my packages to random places, having to run to three different addresses to get my packages, and putting other people's mail in my box when the addresses are clearly marked. Not a happy camper. You pay extra for priority shipping to get low quality delivery.
