Horrible Officer in Charge here @ Cobbs Creek PO. Needs to learn Respect for Others. Guess it's time to report up the chain of command till someone listens. If that doesn't work guess it will be social media time.

It takes forever to get our mail put into our PO Box I go up there several times and it's still not in there go up in the evening it might be there having a hard time getting my packages because sometimes they are sent to our physical address and other times it sent to our PO box the two ladies that are there now or very rude about getting your mail they said if it has only the physical address that it will be sent back the same day I went up there one day to get a package that have been dropped off by ups and I was told that if UPS delivered is not available till the next day I told her I wanted a package today she said she would do it this one time only and I thought to myself you would do it every time they're not making any attempts to get to know the people in the area when Andrew and Maddie were there even if something came to a physical address it would get to my PO box number very seldom do they put paperwork in to our mailbox letting us know we have a package I have to ask for them constantly and I have asked them several times to just put my packages in one of the lockers the previous people would put packages in the locker for us these ladies keep using the excuse that they're new there I think they're making up rules for themselves if I could write under 1 star I would
