I have had mail pertaining to my health insurance coverage that should have been here three days ago. Still not here. If this was the first time I would not be as upset. I have complained about this and not one thing has been addressed.

Can they not get a scan gun, and label maker? It is very annoying not to be able to scan my QR codes, but even worse that they refuse to manually enter the info so that we can still send our packages. We ship a lot and to have to drive 30 plus minutes to another post office is ridiculous.

Not once did she have to ask anyone else nor have to Google anything like some places do now a day.
