- MHmackenzie hicksJan 15, 20261.0horrible post office, if 0 stars was an option thats what'd id give! theres been 3 different situations where they have " mis-delivered " my packages they tell me they'll retrieve my packages then they never get back to me! , they also scan packages as delivered and then leave them sitting in their cars for 2+ days! ive had them admit that to me more than once, i don't understand how they get away with operating the way they do and honestly im scared to even order anything that has to come through usps because this place SUCKS! they don't care about your mail/packages, they'll try to shove giant boxes in mailboxes so they can fall into the road! and good luck getting your package because i just lost $60 and was told to contact my seller because they lost my package, no apologies either! everyone in that building is a literal joke, by far the MOST unprofessional post office i've ever had to deal with.

I have had mail pertaining to my health insurance coverage that should have been here three days ago. Still not here. If this was the first time I would not be as upset. I have complained about this and not one thing has been addressed.

They know their job and had all the information I needed about getting a PO box and other mailing information questions that I had. Not once did she have to ask anyone else nor have to Google anything like some places do now a day.
