    I came to UPS Store #6567 to drop off a prepaid return that originally arrived from another carrier in a plastic shipping bag. I repacked it exactly the same way, following the return instructions. The associate told me UPS “does not accept plastic bags” and that it had to be placed inside a shipping box (which they had available for purchase). I simply asked why the packaging that was acceptable to ship the product to me was suddenly not acceptable to ship it back. At that point, the owner (AJ) interrupted, raised his voice, and told me I was “not allowed to talk to his staff.” He refused to explain the policy or provide a business card when I requested one, and made inappropriate personal remarks that were completely unprofessional. Instead of offering help or clarity, the owner escalated a simple question into confrontation. Very disappointing customer service experience from a business representing the UPS name.

    Representative Casey at the Clifton, VA location on Union Mill Road was so incredibly helpful! I made errors on 2 Amazon returns and she knew exactly how to correct them. She was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Give her a raise!!
