  Package not delivered when it said at front door. All they said was well probably put it on the side of the road and someone picked it up. So pissed

  Still havent recived iteam Horrible 7 days on a 2 day delivery no help no info no answers I hiring a lawyer it's a 1000 dollar iteam and calling police

  I don't unusually write negative reviews but this place has had my package for days and Fedex/delivery team keeps telling me that they are supposed to be getting it from here and delivering it back to the right address 85 miles away for days now... It's a refrigerated medical package and by now it's probably went bad thanks to the way it's packaged. I get that mistakes happen but a fedex rep told me on Wednesday it would be started to get fixed within 24 hours. well it's been 48 and each day I get a random call saying it will deliver to the right address the next day and it doesn't. I'm not happy about my experience with Fedex two months in a row now my medicine has been delayed.

  Horrible. The same shipment will show 'out for delivery' in the morning and then never get delivered over and over several days in a row. Each time, the delivery will be updated in the evening that it has been delayed. For packages that need to be signed for, you will have to be at home day after day for the same package that will be delayed for several days with weekends in between. Good luck getting anything on time when shipped via FedEx and this location.
