That's upsetting. At least charge me $.50 for tape and do the thing. Sad. Not to mention the lady in front of me told them her mother had passed and she needed to forward her mail.. no "I'm sorry" or anything... Wow I will say they were handling several varied issues quickly while I was there.. hence 3 stars
