The incompetence that Melissa and her other three non experience co workers showed, was very unprofessional. I was encouraged to take my package elsewhere for service. I drive to the other FexEx which was less than 3 miles on (305 Roanoke St) and received professional service from a smaller store with one person that knew what she was doing. I noticed in the other reviews customers were happy as long as they were not shipping items.
