- JCJ CFeb 26, 20261.0Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. My wife and I walked in at 6:55 pm to drop off a wallet for a return; a package that already had a shipping label created. As soon as we entered, we were greeted with, “Are you aware that our store is about to close?” He repeated this about 5 times throughout the interaction. The employee who assisted us, Ben, chubby guy with glasses and beard, has been working there since 2020, made the entire process unnecessarily unpleasant. All he needed to do was scan the QR code, yet he continued to complain about the store closing instead of simply completing the task. If scanning a code takes more than a few minutes, that’s a problem with their service and training, not with customers arriving before closing time, especially if he has been working for 6 years and he cannot perform a simple task. We weren’t asking for anything complicated, just basic customer service. He made a remark saying "normal people don't come in before closing time", we work all day and that was a time we could come in, it is not relevant to the fact the store closes at 7pm and customers should not explain themselves as why they walk in a store at X time of the day. Unfortunately customer service and an educated interaction was too much to expect at this location.
