I wish I could give no stars. I sat there with my daughter from 11:15 to 1:55 with the intention to complete her new passport. The black lady at the front said I was going to have to wait because I was a walk-in, and she asked for my daughter’s birth certificate. When I told her I didn’t have it, she said it’d be fine since I had the old passport. I waited for hours and then a white lady with a tattoo on her neck swung open the door and told me and my daughter that we could sit down if we wanted. I tried to explain to her that there wasn’t any space to sit, but she slammed the door on me. When it was finally my turn, she said that I needed a birth certificate since my daughter is thirteen, which I could’ve ran and got if I knew since my house is close.

My package has been sitting up there for a week now, it was supposed to be delivered the 2nd, its the 8th now. Tracking says its just sitting there.

I saw my package didn't make it o the truck but was at the carrier facility. All I wanted to do was pick it up and save some time. I waited 1.5hrs while the workers chit chatted or forgot about me or ignored me. They kept telling me incorrect information to get me out of the place. I just wanted to know if it was on a truck or in the back. They told me it was delivered in a Manila envelope, luckily I brought it and it was a different order, not even same tracking I was showing them. The lady was super rude and the post master or person in charge just actually ignored me. Eventually someone from the back cut me off when trying to explain and said that it "doesn't say AU in the tracking status so it's not here yet", great, I'll take that. Come to find out after checking previous orders, none of them say that. All it said was "arrived at Chesterfield carrier" and I KNOW it was there because a different post office confirmed it was!! They DO NOT want to help you. Insult to injury, my update for today on the tracking was "delayed due to carrier issues" and now instead of today or tomorrow, it's delayed 5 business days. I can only assume they "lost" it or I bothered them enough by asking so they "misplaced it". They are the worst here. They somehow made a simple question into a delayed nightmare just by their incompetence

Their passport photo machine is down... which is fine but they still took the appointment so they sent my wife to the (1) CVS to get the photo done and (2) the library to print the forms. Bon Air's USPS still can service people, why not send people there? She goes back and they all of a sudden CAN print the documents... just not considerate.
