    2/4/26 - driveway clear - mailbox's flag up on the mailbox - our mail of 9 days still NOT delivered. HAD to stand in line at the PO this morning for about an hour to pick up our Amazon package. Received another message this evening that “couldn’t deliver…” Someone needs to step up and be in charge of the situation! The Pulley’s Chesterfield VA

    This is the most dreadful, awful post office in the United States of America. They return mail addressed to me constantly citing "address not found." This causes me to have to drive FOUR hours to pick up important documents from a client. No matter what I do, they will not deliver the mail accurately. They ring your door bell, wait 5 seconds and then leave a "we missed you note". It's like they literally hate the public and hate their jobs and hate this country. There used to be some pride in the postal service. This place has absolutely none. Horrific. Just horrific.

    Employee lied straight to my face said I could come back to do something. I come back and another woman just kept repeating policy to me while I was visibly crying like some rude robot. 1 lied and 1 very rude. Happy holidays

    Drivers are lazy and lie about package status. I've lived in my house for 22 years. Never a complaint until the last 6 months and now I've made 5. My driver started leaving Amazon packages ON TOP of the mailbox, or sitting under it. I live on a rural road, so this makes it easy for someone to steal. When I complained, the new driver said "he lives on a blind curve, I can't back out", Dispatch and Main USPS complaint dept determined that was a lie. To try to be helpful, I started parking my cars in such a way that they could come down the driveway and turn around without needing to back up, but nope they still lie about "reasons" why it could not be delivered. I currently have 2 packages with exceptions on them, one 3 days ago claiming there was "Animal Interference" (which is garbage, since I was outside and watched them drive by), and the other went out for delivery, and now is just "Awaiting Delivery" with an exception. No new dates provided even though when I talked to USPS they said it should have been delivered the next day. Trying to call the local branch, gets nowhere, the phone rings endlessly as they refuse to answer. At one point, I heard them pick up the phone just to hang it up right away rather than answer it. I get that Amazon using USPS for package delivery creates extra work, but it's your job, please do it.
