  Everytime I come to this store the man at the counter is always sitting down on his phone completely oblivious to the people standing right in front of him EVERYTIME. When he finally does look up I’m not greeted or anything. There has been times where he is actively playing games on his phone while I’m waiting for him to give me my receipt. It is extremely disrespectful and ridiculous! The only reason I come back to this store is because of the kind and courteous gentleman who is usually working with him in the evening.

  For the most part, this location has given me decent service. About a month ago, I brought in 2 packages, one was to be shipped to Courtland, the other to Salem. This location was in charge of packaging and labeling, and each package cost over $100 to ship. This location, however, mixed up the addresses. After both recipients called me, I was able to meet the client from Courtland halfway and then drove to Salem the next week to swap packages. The client from Courtland was unable to meet, so I opted to reship it. One of the workers said, "I'm sorry about the mix-up," and still charged me an additional $117. One thing I have come to expect from FedEx, UPS, or The Post Office, is that if they make a mistake or mess up, they have no problem telling you "we understand your frustration," "these things happen," or, "we're sorry" before charging you a second time for their error. I really don't know what it's like to make a mistake and still be able to charge the customer for my mistake, but it seems like a great way to make money.

  The gentlemen at the location were very patient to process my international package. They took their time to give me different price options and were very polite.

  I just called this site and the young gal who answered was rude and disrespectful. They claim the package was delivered on August 30 yet today is September 3 and still no package was received. She kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain the problem. I will be using FED EX from now on.

  I go there every few months to shred docs. They were very helpful.
