    Every time I return something here, the store manager Trey is so friendly and professional. There are competitors around the area who literally look like they rolled out of bed before they came to work and you can tell he takes pride in what he does.

    Scammed me out of $400 that I can't get a refund for nor can I even get any kind of reimbursement. I have never had a good experience with FedEx, sending or receiving. Awful management, insecure, unsafe. NEVER go through with FedEx. You will NOT get your money's worth.

    “Sunday delivery”, except when they don’t deliver. Shipper went with FedEx which is most expensive shipping option so I’d get on Sunday. Then driver didn’t even make an attempt - I was in mailroom when the notification came through saying delivery exception. Said will deliver later that day until it changed to deliver tomorrow. Thanks, I’ll be out of the country for the next 30 days. Literally the worst.

    This place is never staffed and seems to be closed with a be back later sign most hours of the day.

    They are true pro’s here. I use this location to send medical P1’s all the time for work and everything is always accurate and on time. Lugging stuff into Walmart adds a few steps but it is not too bad.
