Tried a chat on informed delivery and no agent came on line. Useless waste of time. Would give 0 stars if could as the P.O. customer service is non-existent. Perhaps a private company would be more efficient. They raise the cost of stamps, etc and lower the service.

When I came back to inquire about the whereabouts of my email, the look was all over her face. I filed a complaint, and her friend got upset with me and defended this thief over the phone. Tampering with mail is a Federal Offense and should not be tolerated! I would not normally go hard on a public post like this, but I am sick and tired of people with descent to good paying jobs, get away with corrupt behavior like this. This is total nonsense! If you can come up with my "NOW" 2-missing Birthday Cards, I will give your Post Office a public apology. Otherwise, this post office need to be held accountable for their bad service to the public, or at least me.
