    Replying to your response from my previous review below: You said unexpected cost? This was not an unexpected cost. It’s because your employee did not tell me the price upfront and cost me $20. Please take responsibility for your own mistake. You should give me that $20 back, or at least store credit, because it’s your mistake not mine! I should not have paid that $20 and that was my only mistake. But like I said above, I knew that UPS will not do anything about this. That’s a shame. I wanted to call the store and speak with the manager, but I know they will say they can’t do anything about it, so it will be a waste of my time and therefore I will say it here: I went in on Saturday to get a couple of passport documents notarized. The person helping me was so nice (no problems with the customer service at this store), but instead of telling me how much it would cost for the notary (I was thinking it was free), he finished the procedure and then told me it was $20! I know this might not be much to many people, but I lost my job a couple of months ago and have 3 kids, so $20 is a lot for me right now. I unfortunately had to pay it, but had he told me it would be $20, I would have tried other places, like the bank I have a credit card account with, which would have been for free! This really hurt me financially and it’s unfortunate that UPS can’t do anything about it. I hope that the prices will be told to their customers upfront next time. Thank you.
