  I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt I had to speak up about what I saw today. The Caucasian lady working at this location, her name is Holly, and she was extremely rude and racist toward a young man who came in simply to pick up his package. She had a very condescending attitude the whole time. This man was very polite, showed his ID, proved it was his package, after Holly denied it was his package. To my shock, she told him, “You should go back to where you came from.” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly heartbreaking to hear in this day and age. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat him that way. He was nothing but courteous. I will be reaching out to FedEx corporate to report this behavior, as no customer should ever be spoken to like that. Looking at this location's reviews, it's safe to say that it is a repeat pattern and Holly needs to be held accountable for her words and actions.

  Holly was very short, impatient and not very friendly. I felt very rushed and she did not smile once. A very poor representative of FedEx. The package did get mailed is all that I can say.

  I had a return with a prepaid label on my phone that I needed to have printed out. When I arrived, someone was quick to let me know the store email I needed to send my label to. The store manager was kind enough to let me know that the shipping label is printed as a courtesy, but any other pages after that would be charged. Nowadays nothing is free, so I completely understood! My box was not taped either, so the young lady was nice enough to provide a courtesy strip of tape as well! I wish I caught their names, but both of them were very polite.

  From the moment I walked in the store today Holly the store manager seemed to be annoyed. I presented her with the company I work for FedEx account number. I explained to her that we had ordered more supplies, but I needed some envelopes to get me through until my order arrived. She then informed me that her store didn’t have a large supply and in could only have three. I asked if I could get an extra one because I knew I had four important items that needed to be shipped on Monday. She eventually gave me four reluctantly. My issue from the start was her attitude with me and acting as if she was annoyed. Second as store manager why isn’t her store stocked appropriately with envelopes? That is a representation of her managing the store. It’s all FedEx. My company shipping items helps the bottom line of FedEx. She needs to remember that especially when there are competitors literally across the parking lot that would be grateful to have our business. She really needs to work on attitude and customer service skills as a manager. I will not visit her location anymore and I will make sure I tell others about her. I also will tell my company we should possibly looking into another company for our shipping needs.
