- DDdrowpassed3 days ago1.0Very rude staff. I brought in packages that were labeled and ready to ship. They told me I was lucky if the packages would make it out on the next truck. I believe her name was Holly. Would not recommend this location but unfortunately Fed Ex doesn’t have another ship center for 50+ miles….

The Caucasian lady working at this location, her name is Holly, and she was extremely rude and racist toward a young man who came in simply to pick up his package. She had a very condescending attitude the whole time. This man was very polite, showed his ID, proved it was his package, after Holly denied it was his package. To my shock, she told him, “You should go back to where you came from.” That kind of comment is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and frankly heartbreaking to hear in this day and age. There was absolutely no reason for her to treat him that way. He was nothing but courteous. I will be reaching out to FedEx corporate to report this behavior, as no customer should ever be spoken to like that. Looking at this location's reviews, it's safe to say that it is a repeat pattern and Holly needs to be held accountable for her words and actions.
