  This UPS store always has plenty of staff members to help and even if there’s a lot of customers they still get things taken care of quickly.

  Staff are kind but I’m not sure how this location doesn’t have a self service Amazon return kiosk like the other locations. Much of the wait times are for people doing returns and the efficiency is severely lacking

  The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have never had to wait more than five minutes, most times it's much less than that. Great job!

  Been going to this location over 20 years now. I’ve lived as far as Yorktown and still came here! They’re the most consistent and reliable store I’ve been to. They have all of the Office, Printing, shipping and Mail boxing essentials available and Small businesses are definitely going to benefit from their Pack And Ship Guarantee! I recommend to anyone who has shipping and office needs that they go see for themselves why The UPS Store Hanbury Rd, Chesapeake VA is the only one they need!
