  I just left there needing help with a shipping label the African lady in the front was very rude to me and talk to me like I was a small child. Let’s just say I will never step into this establishment again. The post office was not open so I decided to come here I will just wait until the post office is opens up. She was very rude. She was also trying to charge me $14 to ship it. I went to USPS and it was $6 For the same package

  Horrible experience and they’re not organized smh. I put an order in yesterday evening and was told that my order would be done by 10am this morning, since I had to be somewhere with that order at 11am. I get there and it wasn’t even touched smh. Avoid this location!

  I went there to drop off a package and one of the employees Michelle was amazing. Michelle printed the labels for me and made sure that the package was properly labeled. Thank you so much Michelle, you rock!

  One of the drivers delivering to my apartment building recently took my friend’s phone after he had helped her carry a heavy package upstairs. While assisting her, my friend accidentally dropped his phone. After setting the package down, and taking photos of the package, she thanked him and began to leave. He noticed as they walked away that the package started to slide, so he ran back to steady it and told her she could go ahead. When he returned to pick up his phone, it was gone. He a noticed that she bent over while walking back the direction they had came, but he thought nothing of it at first. The only two people present at that moment were my friend and the driver. We immediately searched the area and attempted to call the phone, but it had already been powered off. What makes this especially upsetting is that the phone contained irreplaceable photos of his sister who has passed away. Those memories had not yet been backed up to the cloud, and recovering those photos is all he truly wants. Situations like this are extremely disappointing and reflect poorly on the level of integrity customers should be able to expect. We sincerely hope FedEx will take this matter seriously and investigate it appropriately.
