I moved out of Chesapeake VA to another state 9/2025 and put a hold on my mail 8/2025 then released it with a Change of Address form. 5 attempts and 3 months later Dec. 2025 no mail. I called the Consumer Complaint office In VA they not only received the COA but contacted the New Braunfels PO to confirm my mail would start being forwarded. 3 weeks later No mail. Each time I called for an update with VA the COA suddenly disappeared from the system. At my new state 5 COAs were processed all disappeared from the system. The delay between each filing was up to 15 - 20 days. Over 3 months. No mail. A months worth of mail that was held then 3 months of new mail just disappeared from the Chesapeake P.O.Dec 2025 comes and goes no mail. Now March 2026 still none of my mail has been sent to my new PO. Box. Oh, did I say I sent myself letters that were never forwarded to me. Ever want to feel like you were just made to “disappear” . Move from Chesapeake VA to a new city. They will be happy to block your mail from getting to you including checks. Do I sound paranoid or just pissed off! By the way my name is Linda Ar. If I disappear you know where to start looking. VA.

I was missing a letter in my mailbox that comes every Monday so I tried calling to see where it was. Waited on hold for 15 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Unprofessional service and horrible at delivery!

We went in to ship our package and the guy at the front was awesome! He was cracking one liners the whole time we were boxing up our package. I think his name was Jacobi but, dont quote me on it. I know its the guy with the red tattoos on his arms. Really appreciated his help and he even helped me save money on shipping and stuff

Sharmaine was not kind. I stopped between registers to fill in a customs sheet for my 1 package. Picked it up at the first register, filled it out in between registers & then patiently waited for one to open up. Thinking I was just saving her breath & helping her get ahead, when she finished with her customer I approached her counter. I was not in a rush & she just huffed & stared at me. She was actively moving the boxes off the counter & stopped when I walked up, which she didn’t have to do. I asked if she wasn’t ready to which she snarked that she wasn’t, so I said I would wait. She sighed & told me to “just come on”. At the end of my transaction she gave me my receipt & told me to “just wait to be called up next time”… I usually love this location & the workers because they’re always kind & quick, but not today. I’m appalled that me paying attention & moving up to the next open register was met with such rudeness. I hope my package actually gets to where it’s going otherwise my overseas husband won’t be getting his birthday present- smh!!
