They pick up amd hand up for an entire drive there and arrive no customers there and the person behind the counter is on the phone. Says it's not her job to a swear the phone. Qont get a manager when you insist to speak to the manager he refuses to come out. Government employees. Who do not do their job. Who have 0 customer service skills ans appear vastly incompetent at best. We should be allowed with as much as we pay for postage to choose which post office process our mail

- KMKayleb McCarthyJan 9, 20261.0Whoever is the postman or postwomen for the hickory high school area is possibly the worst I've ever had not only do they deliver packages and mail to the wrong houses all the time but they also sometimes will go a week or even two weeks without delivering mail to me. I have federal documents that come in my mail they cannot wait and my mail should not be kept from me for a time period just to have my mailbox completely full when they finally deliver my mail.
