Do not stop here unless you have a minimum of 30 minutes to stand and wait. It's obvious that there aren't enough employees working the counter. I've never seen more than one even when the line is to the door. Also, if you drop letters here, expect them to arrive to the recipient late and postmarked days after you actually dropped them off. If you use the online option to prepay packages so you can drop them off, be prepared that their drop box is always full and they may or may not get scanned in and the tracking system will tell you they're still waiting to receive your package for several days until it finally arrives at a different hub and gets scanned in there. When you go in to ask about it, they'll basically say "Oops. You should have stood in line and paid to ship here". It's clear that the few good employees are overwhelmed and the others don't care about anything. If at all possible, use someone else. UPS is less than 5 minutes away and doesn't have these issues.

The ABSOLUTE worst service for many years! Returning mail from PAID FOR PO boxes marked "vacant"... delivering mail to entirely wrong addresses (not even closely named/numbered) and NOW, if you don't have incoming mail at your box on the street, even though you have the flag up indicating OUTgoing mail, they just pass you by! They have broken products, stuffed items so hard into the mail box, it's been bent. Packages from Wisconsin have been delivered through Puerto Rico! Give me a break! And I had an employee tell me (when I complained) that "we don't pay to receive our mail". REALLY?? What was I paying $73 every quarter for po box for??? And then complained to ME that 'sometimes, they don't even get a paycheck'!.. Well, if someone didn't pay me, I would quit and not work there anymore. Ridiculous. I've complained loudly - nothing changes.
