Understaffed. There was a huge line out of the door with only one staff member taking forever to complete any transaction.

Love the sweet lady with the glasses who's usually there when I stop by to ship things in the afternoon. A USPS angel truly. Give her a raise she deserves it. Always pleasant even when people aren't with her, knows her stuff, and gets you in and out. Wish I knew her name to give her actual recognition but I'm the worst with remembering things like that! I hope her bosses see this though!!!

Employee is rude and talks a lot of smack. The only thing this place delivers is inconvenience and dissatisfaction. Get it together

They lost my package and marked it as delivered so they wouldn’t take responsibility. Confronted them about it in person, they were so rude about it and didn’t even care. Received a call the next day saying it was delivered and that they don’t know where it is and then hung up. Worst customer service ever, rude, and take no responsibility.
