I went in to do an Amazon return and also ship a package. The staff were very fast and efficient, and had me in and out of the store with 5 to 10 minutes at the most. They handled everything in a very pleasant and friendly manner. Would definitely visit the location again for my shipping needs.

Store closed early today. I walked outside to tape my box that I just bought because the cashier kept changing her mind on what price she was going to charge me ($15 dollar swings) even after weighing everything several times and having the zip code and measuring everything.
As I was taping the box up at my car (since I had to use my own tape) they closed the doors 10 minutes early... Knowing I was right outside taping my package.
So frustrating.

FIL left his hearing aid after visiting for a couple of days. Since he uses it for his daily and normal routine, husband paid more than $100 for an overnight shipping. Its supposed to be a guarantee next day arrival but he didn’t receive it 2 days later which basically is a normal shipping for USPS that would’ve cost $15.
Husband called customer service but they said he has to contact the store directly, and so he did and they said they were gonna look into it. NEVER heard back. WHAT A SCAM.

I had a package return and after looking at it closer , whoever did my checkout added a name to the address of company the package was supposed to receive i did not authorize, this person's name to be attached to my shipping label.And they tried to say that I had to pay again to have it shipped , even though I did not add that person's name. And the manager old woman with white hair was very rude about it. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE MY BUSINESS AGAIN
