- JJJonDec 9, 20251.0We requested our package to be held at this UPS center on 12/6, because it required an adult (21+) signature. The tracking even showed “Hold at UPS Access Point Requested” at 7:31 AM on 12/6. Despite that, UPS continued sending the package out for delivery multiple times. When we went to the center to pick it up, we were told the package wasn’t there. Later, tracking showed that UPS still sent it out for delivery — even though it was supposed to be held. It gets worse: tracking claimed the driver attempted to deliver the package on 12/8 and that we refused it. That never happened. Our camera footage shows the driver slowing down and driving past our house at 11:40:36 AM, without stopping or attempting a delivery. We were home this entire time too. Then UPS marked the package as “refused by receiver” and sent it all the way back to California. This morning we learned the truth: the package was actually at the center when we came to pick it up, but no one bothered to check or hand it to us. Support provided zero real help. What was supposed to be a birthday gift for my mother ended with her in tears trying to deal with this mess. An incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience start to finish.
