  Extremely disappointed with my experience at this UPS Store. I shipped a domestic package from Virginia to Puerto Rico (6 lbs), and was charged $145 more than the value of the contents (no more than $80.00). I was not informed of the total cost upfront, nor offered more economical domestic alternatives. Additionally, the contents of my package were marked as “USED” without my consent, even though the items were new. This lack of transparency and inaccurate description is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

  I’ve always had good experiences with this location. Joe provided exceptional service even though it was close to close. I do wish they were open later than 7pm on some days though.
