  I return items here all the time from amazon. My problem is when they have several associates working, but there is one person helping customers and the line is backing up. There should be more than one person helping customers. I know they have a self serve, and I have used it one time, but the machine didn't give me a receipt. It's aggravating.

  The most helpful, friendly and professional staff work here! I needed to send a fax and while I was waiting for the fax to process (turns out the receiving FAX wasn't working) the staff efficiently and pleasantly served other customers. The store is spacious, super organized and clean. Parking is ample and easy. I ended up having to return a few hours later with a working FAX number and was greeted warmly! The team of associates work really well together. I'll definitely bring my business back here!

  This Ups store has the best customer service!! I have been coming here for over a year and the service is not only always excellent! But the associates actually care about doing a wonderful job and care about the customers. 10 outta 10 I do recommend!

  The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to make sure your experience is satisfactory. I've used this location for Amazon returns, shipping, and printing. The printing services are well beyond what I expected. Manny is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am very pleased with the products I've had printed!
