The computer/ simulator is great, but everyone would benefit more. Although, there could be a price increase for the course. But overall, it would better the students that come through.

She used real life scenarios and videos that put what and whatnot to do in perspective. She engaged the class and made it fun, not a single boring moment. I recommend Eagle Security for all unarmed and armed lessons, they have a lot of different classes to offer. I had the pleasure to complete all courses required by DCJS for O1E, O5E, and 75E. Don, the instructor was very personable and taught the material in a very organized and easy to understand manner. We had the opportunity to meet Mark Dionne, the Director of ESS in Chesapeake, VA. In addition, Erin Dionne office manager, and other staff. The team was very organized, always willing to help whoever needed help. This included all additional items including but, not limited to gear, supplies, and other support. I’m glad that I chose Eagle Security Solutions. I earned a passing grade, and walked away certified, with abundance of practical knowledge. Overall, I have a better understanding of the duty requirements of being an Armed Security Officer “ASO”. I am now ready to embark on other new career paths.
