It’s 90 degrees here every day this week, so I know it wouldn’t last 2 days in a row on the truck. Went to this location and she went above and beyond to locate it. I left with my medication. Not many people like this left out there. FedEx should be grateful to have her.

Drivers never reach out to verify delivery address if confused and there's no direct way to call this Fedex Shipping Center as it seems it is now Fedex policy to just push all customer service to a designated call center that can really just tell you the same information you have, which is that the package wasn't delivered.

I got there after they were already closed but begged and pleaded — and a wonderful employee Zach was kind enough to open the door and take care of me anyway — had a VERY important overnight package that wouldn’t have made it!! Highly recommend these guys and this location in particular
