    How can you charge your customer to return a package to Amazon when you have a free return label? That would be called fraud or stealing. Would it not fall under that category?

    Went to this UPS twice today and waited in line 45min both times without being able to ship my item . It all started when the owner or manager told me that I couldn’t ship the crossbow case without specialty box packaging. And he told me they wouldn’t do the packing for me. I told him I would wrap it myself and bring it back. I went to Home Depot, Lowe’s and finally UHaul who gave me boxes and tape and helped me wrap it. Then I learned from another person that actually the crossbow case was fine for shipping with just a packing label and no box at all. Went back to UPS again and waited in line all over again. After another long wait I watched the same guy tell numerous people he couldn’t ship their packages for various reasons. When I finally got to the front I told him I had done what he said and wrapped the package even though I learned that it never needed to be in a box at all since it was already in a locked case. He said he never told me that. By this time my phone went dead and of course the address was in the phone. I stepped out of line to charge the phone to get the address. Meanwhile he took the next customer in line. A minute later I got the address and told him so. He then rudely told me he was helping other customers and he wouldn’t be helping me. I told him that wasn’t fair since i had already been there twice and not gotten any help. He then told me he wasn’t going to speak to me anymore and to leave the store. So after spending all day on a wild goose chase and dragging around my son’s package from his best friend who’s passed away, that’s how I was treated. I think the guy was just trying to get rid of anyone who had a package he didn’t want to deal with. Unbelievably rude.

    Carie was absolutely amazing assisting me with returning Verizon Internet Equipment that I needed exchanged!! She had incredible customer service & I truly appreciated her patience and willingness to go above & beyond! True asset to this UPS Store which is always busy however extremely efficient! Thanks 😊

    Honestly, this is one of the worst UPS stores I’ve ever dealt with. I was charged $38 to send a package to Texas, and it came back because the guy forgot to include the house number. The mistake was completely on their end—he even wrote down the info himself—but they still refused to refund me. What a shame!
