Handwritten signs saying restrooms are employee only and when asked, the MOD, Jacob, said its because they dont feel like cleaning them. No customer service to speak of...all 3 employees working were standing around chatting and ignoring People who walked in the door. Honestly, Staples should be embarassed by the decline of this location .

One it's very hard to understand him. His belly hanging over him. His breath smells so bad. I purchased some gum he refuses it. I try to tell him how much he need it. The way you can no longer have the scan bar on each machine is no longer there. Make it very difficult to even get the code to use. Will not be back in store.
