- RDRHINO GRAPHICS & DESIGNFeb 13, 20261.0I have a serious problem with the service of this store, I went to pick up an order of simple business cards I sent my file in perfect condition according to the website and when I picked them up they gave them to me badly cut without respecting the margins, it was a real disaster of work, it is not possible that a chain of services and products of this dimension have a terrible service, the collaborator only limited himself to telling me that the next day they would deliver them to me again, this is a mockery of attention and image management of this store, it is worth mentioning that it is not The first time this happens. They must do something truly significant for a change in these aspects. I use the Grapas service constantly and in truth it is more and more stressful to guess how they will deliver the printing work that I send to be done. It seems that they do not respect the times or the work of us, their clients. What a shame
