- APalex petreeOct 29, 20251.0Went in today to ship a prepaid label. Simple transaction that requires little intervention from the employees. Noticed the printer had just run out of paper, and was called over as I was waiting. Told her I had a prepaid label, and that it was out of paper, and she rudely remarked that we don’t know it’s out of paper until you tell us. The comment was unnecessary and rude, as I was telling her then that it was out. The manager of the store is really nice, and she’s been at the location for a long time now.

- JFJeffrey FullerSep 7, 20255.0This operation is very different from the "ship center" on stoney ridge that is only good for dropoffs. The people on Barracks are great. The care they take is amazing, and it costs no more to go there. It may even be frustrating for some to watch them help people that would have been laughed out the door on stoney ridge. But ill take that if ultimately they are able to succeed in printing a label for a return. Maybe I need a printer these days to return something twice a year, but I think thats something fedex or UPS should do, as its about to fly through their system and they will do a better job than all the random people with their ancient inkjets.

- KMKBC MediaJun 15, 20251.0This is a very rude location. . The employees have little respect for customers. I went in today to pick up a print order on the printing side. The saleswoman stated loudly, there is only 1 line and pointed to the ship side. I stated, im not shipping i am picking up a print order. Fyi there was 1 man standing there waiting for soneone, no line! She then explained, all the computers are now connected so 1 line. What they have done is eliminate an employee on the ship side. No way customers wanting to do print jobs or pick up an order will want to wait behind those shipping boxes. What a disgrace, do not go this location.
