0 stars would be a way better number to rate. Not a single employee who actually cares here. Quick pointer if you hate your jobs that bad quit.

Having “one line for everything” is crazy work for two reasons 1) shipping objectively takes longer than picking up a printed and completed job, being forced to wait in line for a print order behind several people shipping defeats the purpose of an expedited project that you started online 2) they pick and choose when they want to enforce this rule. I’ve come straight to printing desk before when there’s a shipping line without any trouble. Now suddenly it’s different? And for no discernible reason? I don’t ship with FedEx for a reason but now it’s hard to justify utilizing them for other services too.

do NOT ship through FedEx if you live around here. They allegedly "attempted" delivery 3x but left no note or sent an email so my package was returned to sender who is requiring me to pay for shipping again. Lazy and scam behavior.

After many attempts calling Fed Ex with no luck I went into this location for help. Ralph Johnson was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Went in today to ship a prepaid label. Simple transaction that requires little intervention from the employees. Noticed the printer had just run out of paper, and was called over as I was waiting. Told her I had a prepaid label, and that it was out of paper, and she rudely remarked that we don’t know it’s out of paper until you tell us. The comment was unnecessary and rude, as I was telling her then that it was out. The manager of the store is really nice, and she’s been at the location for a long time now.
