They keep delivering my packages to the wrong box. It is frustrating. Then I have to visit this location so the carrier corrects it and they say oh she's usually good. Obviously not if I have to come her every time I order from a company that uses USPS. Now when I am online shopping I have to check their shipping carriers and hope they use UPS for fedex because they people are so incompetent. How hard is it to put a box in a box.

ALISHA IS NEVER THERE SINCE SHE ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE SICK AND NO ONE ELSE CAN HELP US WHEN SHE IS NOT THERE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A #2 FOR HER AND THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THEM! WE CURRENTLY HAVE MAIL FOR ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS THAT KEEPS GETTING RETURNED FOR AN UNKNOWN TO US REASON AND NO ONE CAN TELL US WHY, THE PO BOX PAYMENT ON IT IS CURRENT! WE ARE SO FED UP WITH THE INCOMPETENCE ON THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS LOCATION! WE CONSTANTLY GET MAIL THAT IS NOT FOR US, THEY CONSTANTLY PUT MAIL FOR ONE OF OUR CUSTOMERS INTO ANOTHER BOX SO IT GETS ALL MIXED UP BECAUSE NO ONE THERE KNOWS HOW TO PROPERLY DO THEIR JOB!
