I came here around at 4:00pm and Front people are 4 people working. Everybody with appointments are getting ignored and everyone has to wait. The workers here at this location do not care and are super slow and rude. Every worker. just says “the supervisor will be here shortly” but nobody comes out in 20minutes and nobody cares. Multiple times they come out and check and tell someone will be out shortly. Customers here will get ignored and management is worse than staff. I recommend another post office. I waited more than 40 minutes because everybody here is super slow!!!

For this usps, you need to train the asian staff who works in the back, the self drop off yard. Today, December 31 2005 around 12:20 pm, i was dropping off my packages by placing them all inside the dropped- off box. That asian staff came out, yelled at me, and accused me for some unknown packages that were placed outside of the dropped off box. I told him i did not place those packages there since they do not belong to me, but he still raised his voice and assumed that i was the one dropped those packages. I had no choice but to yell back at him to make strong confirmation that i did not place those packages outside of the box. Then he said that i need to tell the one ,who did that, not to do it again. I am sorry you unprofessional staff, but that is not my job. It is usps paying you to do that.

No flat rate boxes available after hours. PLENTY of “Priority MAILING boxes”, but no flat rate. Waste of a trip.

This post office delivered my package damaged and missing some items. When I called them, I was informed that I could only receive $100 for a $350 item. Not only was the incident rude and unprofessional, but the employee was also condescending. She introduced herself as Lavern. It appears that someone intentionally opened the package and removed items from it.

This is the local post office for my business and for the past two years service has been terrible. My mail gets delivered to different addresses. I receive mail for other businesses.
