- HDHung DaoDec 31, 20251.0For this usps, you need to train the asian staff who works in the back, the self drop off yard. Today, December 31 2005 around 12:20 pm, i was dropping off my packages by placing them all inside the dropped- off box. That asian staff came out, yelled at me, and accused me for some unknown packages that were placed outside of the dropped off box. I told him i did not place those packages there since they do not belong to me, but he still raised his voice and assumed that i was the one dropped those packages. I had no choice but to yell back at him to make strong confirmation that i did not place those packages outside of the box. Then he said that i need to tell the one ,who did that, not to do it again. I am sorry you unprofessional staff, but that is not my job. It is usps paying you to do that.

Not only was the incident rude and unprofessional, but the employee was also condescending. She introduced herself as Lavern. It appears that someone intentionally opened the package and removed items from it.

My appt time was 10 am and I arrived at 940am. I stood on the line while they see and attended to other people who just walked in for passport service. I thought the purpose of making an appointment is for you not to wait too long unattended. For this location it’s better u just walked in without an appointment. U will be attended to swiftly if you just walked in. Unfortunately I waited over an hr to be attended to but those that walked in without an appointment are seen before me. And the ladies working at the desk don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I don’t recommend visiting this location.
