I brought in something for notary signing, and I asked him multiple times if I sign on this line. He said yep (I don’t think he was even looking) and then when I signed, he asked me why I signed there. I’ve never done notary stuff before and he just wasn’t helpful at all. If any other person were in his shoes, they would’ve been professional about the mistake and kindly corrected me and suggest I print another one out. He lacks the professionalism of other customer service workers. He still works there (much to my dismay), and every time I go in, I dread having to interact with him. I’ve never seen him not have an attitude.

I should have received my package by now. This is NOT how you do business! It has been sitting at their facility all this time and they've not even processed it! I've contacted the shipper but they did their part, immediately! This store is the one who dropped the ball on this & I had even paid for 2 day shipping. This is not how you do business at all! Im not local, Im waiting for my package from this location, FYI.
