Completely unhelpful at performing even the most basic services. A private company could do the job of this place 10x better.

Kul is the least helpful employee I’ve ever interacted with as USPS and that’s saying something because I’ve only ever had one positive experience out of many. Unfortunately I don’t remember that employees name because she was wonderful. Kul on the other hand was incredibly unhelpful. I needed to mail something that I had prepaid labels for and he wouldn’t let me use their tape to tape it to my bubble mailer because apparently their tape is a precious commodity. I had to get out of line, go buy their tape, wait back in line for 10 minutes all because he wouldn’t let me use their tape even when other employees on other occasions did. I get that it’s a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme, but it’s just ridiculous that this is what happened over something small like a piece of tape.

Karen Alert
This guy who works the afternoon shift did it again. He was serving an elderly woman, and a random Karen approached him and started asking questions.
OK, a quick question. The elderly woman was asking him questions, but instead of serving the customer, he kept the conversation with this random Karen.
The elderly woman left, and it was my turn. Then this Karen kept talking to him for a few more minutes. Everyone else waited patiently in line.
So I told her that there is a line. That's all I said. And this Karen goes off with crazy eye, telling me all sorts of stuff. This USPS guy, instead of telling her to get in line or calm down, asks me to calm down, even though she was the one talking.
And of course, he goes in to do a passport because he used up time talking to this random Karen.
I hate coming to this location because of this guy, but I had no choice today. All he has to do is "Maam, there's a line, I will help you when it's your turn"

To say I’m disappointed would be a massive understatement. I was eagerly waiting for a Christmas present to arrive at my P.O. box, but, of course, this disaster of a location somehow managed to screw it up. They claimed I had moved, yet didn’t even bother to check my box or the address—despite the fact that I’ve already paid for the service. Because of their incompetence, my package got marked as undeliverable and was sent back.
I even took the time to walk over and personally open my P.O. box with the keys I was given less than a month ago, just to make sure everything was fine. So, great job on completely ruining my holiday. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
