Karen Alert This guy who works the afternoon shift did it again. He was serving an elderly woman, and a random Karen approached him and started asking questions. OK, a quick question. The elderly woman was asking him questions, but instead of serving the customer, he kept the conversation with this random Karen. The elderly woman left, and it was my turn. Then this Karen kept talking to him for a few more minutes. Everyone else waited patiently in line. So I told her that there is a line. That's all I said. And this Karen goes off with crazy eye, telling me all sorts of stuff. This USPS guy, instead of telling her to get in line or calm down, asks me to calm down, even though she was the one talking. And of course, he goes in to do a passport because he used up time talking to this random Karen. I hate coming to this location because of this guy, but I had no choice today. All he has to do is "Maam, there's a line, I will help you when it's your turn"

To say I’m disappointed would be a massive understatement. I was eagerly waiting for a Christmas present to arrive at my P.O. box, but, of course, this disaster of a location somehow managed to screw it up. They claimed I had moved, yet didn’t even bother to check my box or the address—despite the fact that I’ve already paid for the service. Because of their incompetence, my package got marked as undeliverable and was sent back. I even took the time to walk over and personally open my P.O. box with the keys I was given less than a month ago, just to make sure everything was fine. So, great job on completely ruining my holiday. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at this post office. I came in ahead of time with one of my wedding invitations to confirm what kind of postage I needed. After inspecting the envelope, an employee told me a Forever stamp wouldn’t be enough due to the width, and that I’d need to add a 49¢ stamp. However, they didn’t carry those. He then advised me to either order the 49¢ stamp if I wanted to use the Forever stamp or purchase non-machinable stamps instead — which would cost me $200. I decided to buy the non-machinable stamps and the woman next to him sold them to me. Following their recommendation, my fiancé and I stamped all 160 wedding invitations using the exact postage they told us to use. When I returned to the post office to mail them, the same woman who sold me the stamps looked at the envelopes and asked, “Who sold these to you?” When I told her it was her and her colleague, and reminded her that we had brought in this exact invitation to confirm postage before purchasing, she said she wouldn’t have sold me those stamps because the envelope was too thick and would be considered parcel. I asked how this could happen — aren’t you all trained the same? She laughed in my face and said, “If you’re lucky, they’ll go through.” I asked, “And if I’m unlucky?” She replied, “They’ll all come back to you.” 160 wedding invitations — returned. She then brought in a second employee who confirmed the postage was incorrect and told me my only option was to purchase another $200 in stamps and hand-stamp every single envelope again. I’m now out time, money, and trust — all because I followed the exact guidance this post office gave me. The lack of consistency, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable — especially when it involves something as meaningful and time-sensitive as mailing wedding invitations. Had I just been given the correct information from the start, I would’ve gladly sent them as parcels. But instead, I was misinformed, laughed at, and left footing the bill for someone else’s mistake.
