That lasted about a week and now all of my mail is going to the old address again when I called to see what was going on Pam answered the phone asked how she could help in the most rudest tone if I might add, so I told her what had happened then she puts me on hold because she’s waiting on a customer. I stay on hold for 4 minutes then I hear the click. SHE HUNG UP ON ME! Never in my life have I had such unacceptable and rude service from anyone. Absolutely ridiculous!
