I have yet to have a good experience at this post office. Terrible customer service! Today is Friday the 13, 2023 at 11:57am. If a manager sees this I hope they give this woman a lesson in customer service skills.

Aren't they supposed to be open until 5pm??? I work helping clients everyday and I would never think to be so rude. Besides the fact that if you say your open until 5 pm why are you closing at 4 something. This place was never ever like this (ever). I have a 2 minute send that I will take to a place where employees aren't so rude. If postal is in debt and bankrupt, well here's your problem! AVOID THIS PLACE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRIVATION!

She said it would take too long to look up how long it takes to mail something. Very rude service. She needs to be fired.
