- SESherri EasterAug 26, 20251.0Received a slip stating I had to sign for a package.I live close to Post Office and knew I wasn’t going to be at home to sign.So I called the Cana Va post office at 3:57 yes it closes at 4:00.The call went through Someone picked up but didn’t answer.I heard banging and moving around and the line went dead.I called right back and the voicemail came on they were closed.Whom ever answered the first time held the line for 2 minutes knowing a call back would be to late, that’s pretty poor business.This post office has always been hard to communicate with and rude.Very disappointing!!
