- MIManish I.Oct 10, 20251.0I'm extremely disappointed with the Burke post office. It's one of the worst post offices I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. I had an appointment to get passport services for my son, but that didn't seem to matter - I still ended up waiting for over an hour. When I was finally called up, the staff had clearly double-booked appointments and asked me to step aside to sign some documents quickly. Soon, another employee intervened and told me to go back in line, seemingly unaware that I was waiting for the colleague who had just asked me to step aside. It was clear they weren't communicating with each other, and the situation was chaotic. Due to the complete disorganization and frustration, I ended up leaving without completing the passport application. The staff's rude demeanor and lack of efficiency made for a terrible experience. Unless they seriously revamp their customer service and efficiency, I'd advise others to explore alternative options.
