I am unsure who I spoke to but the woman working the counter was very rude to me because I didn't know how notice slips worked. It genuinely made me feel less than and I hope she realized how her behavior affects the office's customers.

OR ‘no access to delivery location’ when the mail HASN’T EVEN RAN YET. Got that notice TWO HOURS before the mail ran, yet Fedex and Amazon delivered just fine. Good luck getting ANYONE to answer the phone. It’s laughable really. The WORST post office i’ve ever had to deal with. I typically don’t leave reviews but my lord, this is ridiculous.
