- MAMahabuba AlamApr 18, 20261.0I had a frustrating experience at this USPS office. I arrived after 5 PM on Wednesday , while the employee was still inside, but my package wasn’t accepted. If staff are still present, it would make sense to serve customers for a few extra minutes—especially since many people rely on after-work hours to handle their mailing needs. The posted closing time of 5 PM feels too early, particularly during longer summer days. Extending hours to at least 6 PM would be much more practical and customer-friendly. As it stands, the current schedule makes it difficult for working individuals to access basic postal services. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I hope USPS considers adjusting their hours or being more flexible when customers arrive close to closing time.
