From the moment I interacted with him, he was rude and dismissive, showing a level of attitude that felt completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or listening, he was condescending and acted nasty, which made the whole situation much more stressful than it needed to be. Someone in a management role should set a better example, and his behavior was honestly unacceptable. It’s clear that this USPS location needs better management. Hiring someone like Charles who doesn’t treat customers with respect or professionalism is a bad look for the place. They should focus on hiring and training staff who can handle customer service with kindness and patience. A better-managed team would definitely make the experience better for everyone who relies on their services.

He saw my un-taped packages, rolled his eyes, and told me to either purchase tape or repackage my items at home. When I mentioned that an employee had assisted me with taping during my previous visit, Charles responded that the employee "was not supposed to do that." My first thought was “they aren’t supposed to help out customers?” He continued to display rude behavior, such as rolling his eyes, while processing my QR code. I am hesitant to return due to the poor service I received from Charles. I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

As the box is on a busy road the mail often blows out into ditch because the driver will not shut mailbox. This problem has been going on since 2020. So frustrating.....
