Absolutely abysmal service. Mail is constantly not delivered despite there being zero reason for this, there's no fence, no gate - absolutely no obstruction that would require packages not being delivered. However, every package is returned to the office and an Informed Delivery notice left continuously advising non-delivery. This then requires driving all the way in from outside city limits - why bother to have a delivery service when you do not actually provide delivery services? Truly a horrible service provider, and if I could deduct stars I would for the sheer lack of services provided.

Never have I ever had to leave a review TWICE for a service or business... This facility is so petty and unprofessional they have now refused to deliver the mail claiming c-10 as "hazardous" claiming the mail box is too full to put letters in 🤣 what an absolute joke. The mailbox is NOT full and even if it was to say that's a hazard to your job is laughable at best. Folks this place is a joke. Their drivers love speeding well over double the speed limit actually creating hazards for our community yet complain about entirely made up scenarios in order to slack and not have to do their job ... This is honestly mind boggling how unprofessional this location and it's employees operate.

First of all you guys don't know how to read apartment addresses apparently. How does one get Apt 24 and Apt 95 mixed up? Completely different numbers. I have been getting my neighbors mail and bills and I have also had missing mail because of this. Secondly, they are very rude when you enter the postal locker room if your apartments have any. I was tracking a package that said it was delivered so I went to go check it and had a lady straight up scream at me telling me to go away and not touch other people's packages when all I did was open the door to the mail room. If it is that bad at least have a do not enter sign on the door instead of letting your freakout on innocent tenants. Teach your workers to read, do their job and learn manners. I shouldn't be my responsibility to give my neighbors their mail.

Don’t know crap about their job, told me since I just moved in I didn’t need to pay for a key so I come with no money and tell me it’s $25. Nice

I used to be a big supporter of USPS but the Bristol Tennessee post office and it's carriers are incompetent to say the least. Literally mail doesn't get delivered the day it's supposed and when it's not delivered the day it shows on informed delivery it almost never shows up. I never had this issue living in Bristol Virginia. Absolutely ridiculous.
