- MJMiss Jones1 day ago1.0First of all you guys don't know how to read apartment addresses apparently. How does one get Apt 24 and Apt 95 mixed up? Completely different numbers. I have been getting my neighbors mail and bills and I have also had missing mail because of this. Secondly, they are very rude when you enter the postal locker room if your apartments have any. I was tracking a package that said it was delivered so I went to go check it and had a lady straight up scream at me telling me to go away and not touch other people's packages when all I did was open the door to the mail room. If it is that bad at least have a do not enter sign on the door instead of letting your freakout on innocent tenants. Teach your workers to read, do their job and learn manners. I shouldn't be my responsibility to give my neighbors their mail.

- CHChris HowingtonFeb 17, 20261.0I used to be a big supporter of USPS but the Bristol Tennessee post office and it's carriers are incompetent to say the least. Literally mail doesn't get delivered the day it's supposed and when it's not delivered the day it shows on informed delivery it almost never shows up. I never had this issue living in Bristol Virginia. Absolutely ridiculous.

- CPChris PilsonDec 24, 20251.0I have not received any mail at my standalone residence for six weeks now, after ending a hold on 8 November. They say it’s because the main carrier had surgery, and apparently no other carrier would know if a hold was in force or not, which is absurd. Before this, they would at least lie and say they delivered packages when they had not. They’d at least make that much effort. Now, not even this. FedEx, DHL, UPS? All of those carriers deliver my packages to me at a 100% success rate. USPS had about an 80% success rate, now a 0% success rate. The Postmaster General for this region needs to get involved, as my experience cannot be unique.
