  This site is very poorly managed. It been one year since FedEx rolled their ground and express divisions together and their employees still aren’t trained. My customer called to inquire about his package and FedEx, overseas customer service told him it was already picked up, leading him to believe it was stolen. Then I was contacted by this FedEx location and told an untrained employee sent this package down a conveyor belt it was not suppose to go down, and the package was damaged. FedEx is really struggling and the management at this location needs to train their employees a lot better.

  I've been lied to for over a week now, they have my tires I ordered for my work truck over $1000.00 and emails me every morning over and over saying there out for delivery, but by the middle of the day they start emailing me and say some stupid excuse and change it to the next day.They need to all be reported to corporate and fired!!!!!

  They have had my daughters medicine for 7 or 8 days.They said they can't deliver because of weather, which is a sorry excuse.I have had no issues going to work in my fwd car a single day and have gotten all my packages on time from Amazon

  They can’t print labels. Went in with a package and the return label via email and they told me they had no way to print, they could only print from a QR code. They recommended I drive 15 min to Walmart to print and then bring it back. I thought since it was a ship center it would be able to print as opposed to a drop box like Walgreens or others.

  We have been waiting 3 days for a package! Apparently William? likes to just drive right on by the house he is suppose to be delivering to... but doesnt stop.. oh no! We watched him not deliver our package and then send a undeliverable notice! Do better!
