We have never been at home when delivered in the past. Also our door camera does not show anyone at my porch or in my driveway.
- MWMatthew WilliamsonAug 23, 20251.0If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I dread it every time I order something and the shipper chooses FedEx. This location is the worst I’ve dealt with. We’ve had wine shipments delayed 3+ weeks, we’ve had perishable food deliveries delayed 3+ weeks (and they had the nerve to deliver it 3 weeks late wrecking of spoiled food). Every time this happens, they update the delivery date every day so that it always shows as “out for delivery” so the shipper is never able to recall it to send another. I ordered a needed car part and unfortunately the sender chose FedEx, so now it’s 2 days late on a Saturday so who knows when I’ll see it. I guess I’ll just be stuck without a car. UPS shows up on time every day. USPS shows up on time every day. How does FedEx even stay in business?
