- EPEric PidcockDec 19, 20251.0For years I have had issues with this post office. I avoid it as much as I can. They are incompetent and only give excuses. Their carriers will not deliver packages that are "too big". To make things worse, they code the deliver attempt as "mail box full" when in reality, they just did not want to deliver the package. When you call to see if the package is in the truck or in the post office they do not tell and instead start telling you how busy they are. When you try to tell them you do not need an excuse, that you just need to know where package is, they tell you not to be rude and hang up. One time their delivery driver refused to deliver a large package, so I had to go to the post office with my clearly broken, in a cast, ankle and carry it out to my vehicle myself and take it home. Their carriers WILL drive through your yard (all four wheels making their own road) and when you complain to the postmaster, they do not apologize and say it won't happen again, they just give excuses. This Post Office is the poster child of the incompetence people associate with USPS. I always pick UPS or FedEx when I have to ship something.

My mother was taking care of my 95 year old Grandma (her mother) and couldn’t just leave the house and leave my Gram unattended. So my dad got a drop off put in for packages at the bottom of their driveway and still the driver with throw a slip in the mailbox. (Even packages that would simply fit in their mailbox) poor management there for not keeping your delivery carriers in check. Let’s not forget our taxes pay y’all to do the job correctly.

Feedback on Mail deliverers, would be nice if they could ensure to put packages under roofs, further on porches, and ensure mail boxes are closed when packages are delivered due to rain.
