When I explained that last month I returned an item and this company doesn’t need a happy coupon, they told me I might not get a refund and then flat out refused to process my return. I went to postal nations, made the return and asked if a particular code or coupon was needed. The woman said no and the process was quick and simple. Please hire older employees or ones with experience. This was an unnecessary inconvenience to me the customer and should not have happened.
