On tuesday apr 22 at 12pm i was told i have would have to pay minimum 5$ postage to send my 3 letters as packages ($15 total). I already paid for the postage as stamps and they were not packages. She kept reiterating that i had to pay them as packages although they were absolutely letters that had already been paid for. She said theyd be rejected if i put them in the post box, of which i sent 3 of the exact same letters in their post box a week before and they were not rejected. She was trying to charge extra and pocket the money. If not, she was lying just to get me to pay more. Also had an attitude when i came back with my own package from my car after she told me i had to buy one. Horrible service, trying to rip off hardworking people that have already paid for their postage. *edit* I just went to another post office closest to this one and they confirmed that she was lying or ignorant to the rules. I didn't need to pay for extra package postage for the letters and she was trying to rip me off. Ive been to many post offices and didnt even know they were capable of trying to scam customers.

The post office itself is great but the individuals delivering for them. That is another story! How wide open roads and driveways are not accessible on such a regular basis and roads with entirely different names can be so mixed up with modern GPS is beyond me. Here and there people make mistakes. That is life. When it turns into a somewhat regular occurance, then you have an issue.
