He called and asked if they had arrived and they told him they were mailed back to sender for some reason, but they were actually there the entire time. Spent a week trying to get ahold of them and no one answers the phone.

With every customer shes just argumentative and rude. This office, in general, seems to mess things up so often, I am constantly needing to come in to solve problems they create. Try calling- nobody answers. Horrible customer service.
