  I had a deeply stressful experience at this location regarding a document for the Secretary of the Commonwealth. Despite the official state website explicitly requiring (in red text) that I be listed as both the sender and receiver on the return label, the employee refused to comply, incorrectly labeling my request as 'fraud.' What made this particularly frustrating was her insistence that she has handled these documents 'many times before,' yet she refused to acknowledge the official government rules even after I showed them to her three times. It is not the customer’s job to provide 30 minutes of training to a professional service provider. To make matters worse, she handled my official paperwork with ink-stained hands from a test stamp, leaving messy fingerprints all over my documents. Between the misinformation, the lack of an apology for the wasted time, and the fact that I had to step in just to ensure basic words were spelled correctly on my label, I would suggest going elsewhere for sensitive paperwork

  I had several returns that all went very smoothly. The kind soul at the front with the pink hair was very patient, complimented my colorful hat, and chat between tasks about the farmers market. Really appreciated that energy with multiple returns and asks. They made that experience warm, hope this gets back to them!

  They where really busy with Christmas time, but I was able to get through fast. I first went to the post office and waiting to get to the front only found out I was in the wrong place. The nice Lady said the UPS is across the street, ba hum bug I thought so across the street I go. It's okay, don't know everything, still learning. Best of all God is good all the time. MERRY CHRISTMAS 🎅 🎄 ❤️

  There is obviously a staffing shortage, which is not the fault of the two employees working today, Thurs/Nov. 6th at 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. I'm sure it's a daily occurrence where everyone is taking care of business during their lunch breaks or in between classes, and it becomes extremely busy, especially with only two employees on duty. Then, there's always that one customer who sees the long line and thinks they can cut to the front of the line because they don't need a receipt. The lady employee handled the customer professionally, though the customer got all pissy and went to the back of the line. Tough beans, wait your turn like everyone else!! Clearly we could see they were busy and working diligently to serve each customer. I hope both, the lady and the gentleman working today get huge praise for their hard work, and that they get a raise to show just how valuable they are!! More help would be ideal, but most employers are struggling with the same issue; no one wants to work! Good job UPS employees!!
