They are condescending even when asking small simple questions, they refuse to answer any of my concerns. If you come here looking for answers the only thing you would get is disrespect from the staff. Don't waste your time coming here.
- MMMartina MJan 3, 20261.0I was told I needed to get a new QR broker code because the package had a hazardous label on it. My phone connection was poor inside the building, so I walked out and went to a nearby store where I knew there was free Wi-Fi. While I was trying to fix the issue and download the new QR code so I could return and get the package shipped, my car was towed. The USPS employee I had just spoken with saw what happened, and the tow truck driver was also there, but she refused to tell him that I was still handling the issue. She said that once I stepped outside the USPS building, they have all the right to tow my car. This whole situation was extremely frustrating. It cost $$ to get my car back, not to mention the embarrassment, wasted time, and how upsetting it was to be treated so rudely and indifferently
