I will go a town over from now on for my post office needs. Two men were laughing as I was explaining my situation. I simply wanted to know why two packages had been sitting there for several days. They tried to blame UPS and everyone else under the sun instead of actually trying to help. Absolutely horrible, especially around the holidays.
