- CLChanel LloydMay 19, 20231.0They refuse to leave our packages. We will be outside in the yard and they will put a slip in the mailbox saying we weren't home. We have signed a paper to have them leave the package no matter what but for some reason they still refuse.
- JMJill MDec 13, 20211.0Our mailman is amazing and the woman that's often at the front desk is always so kind, but whoever answers the phones is completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful. I will go a town over from now on for my post office needs. Two men were laughing as I was explaining my situation. I simply wanted to know why two packages had been sitting there for several days. They tried to blame UPS and everyone else under the sun instead of actually trying to help. Absolutely horrible, especially around the holidays.
