I went to the post office this afternoon and simply asked if my package was there or if it had already been picked up to be delivered the women who was working at the counter was basically trying not to walk in the back and see saying well what time did it say it would get delivered, and i’m pretty sure the mail lady got it she never leaves anything here, how do you know it’s here, like what is this an interrogation I just simply wanted to see if it was there and if so I can pickup it up she kept going back and forth with me about why it wouldn’t be here and again I simply said can you please just got look she finally does and she says yeah I don’t see anything mind you she was only back there for 5 seconds it took 10 mins for her to go back there because she wanted to argue with me a simple walk to the back and saying it’s not here would have been a lot nicer it costs nothing to be nice to others.

I mailed a gift to my sister 12/29/2020. It stopped tracking in North Carolina. However the Bedford,Va post office ended up with it. They told me it was on the truck out for delivery to my sisters. It never made it to her. Since then I’ve been told multiple stories. It’s been a terrible experience. I’m sorry for all of us who are paying the high 2 day rates that is no longer honored. So many people are missing packages, mail. Covid is the excuse - but Covid is not making the packages totally disappear.

I am so fed up with my delivery person. She opens my mail, she "lost" my mail numerous of times. My jewelry mysteriously goes missing. I get notices that they have "delivered" my mail or they "knocked".....I work from home all day every day, my dogs alert me when a leaf falls, but somehow they completely ignore the person knocking on my door. I get told it isn't their problem.
