- AFAnn FarmerJan 14, 20211.0I mailed a gift to my sister 12/29/2020. It stopped tracking in North Carolina. However the Bedford,Va post office ended up with it. They told me it was on the truck out for delivery to my sisters. It never made it to her. Since then I’ve been told multiple stories. It’s been a terrible experience. I’m sorry for all of us who are paying the high 2 day rates that is no longer honored. So many people are missing packages, mail. Covid is the excuse - but Covid is not making the packages totally disappear.

Maybe she was having a couple of bad days but the federal employee I encountered had a judgmental attitude, implied that I was homeless. Not the case, and I am also working as a federal employee. I didn't bother to correct her wrong impression. This kind of behavior is unacceptable of a federal employee, or anyone who waits on customers. Sounds like additional training is needed.
