The package was "oversized" yet the reason for failure to deliver was "mailbox was full." How does that make any sense when the item won't even fit in the mailbox?? And then NOBODY will answer the phone when you try to call to find out where you packages are. Also, when they do manage to deliver packages, they cram boxes in there that WON'T FIT. They've torn my mailbox all to he**.

I get notices that they have "delivered" my mail or they "knocked".....I work from home all day every day, my dogs alert me when a leaf falls, but somehow they completely ignore the person knocking on my door. I get told it isn't their problem.
